# Platform Context

### P**latform Context**

The Platform Context feature lets you tell the AI a bit about your organization, what you're hoping to understand/analyze, and the data you're working with. With that background, it can read your inputs more accurately and give you insights that fit what you actually care about.

It helps most with highlight suggestions, and also makes your analysis summaries, categorization, Ask Ai and Dashboard insights more relevant to your work.

What you share is up to you, and it's only ever used to support your own analysis. A short paragraph per field (up to around 200 words) is plenty.

A tip: the more specific you are, the better this works. Sharing what you genuinely want to learn — in your own words — helps a lot more than a general description of what your organization does. And if you work across a few different programs or audiences, it's worth mentioning them so the AI keeps them distinct.

#### Navigate to Platform settings > Platform Context from side panel

Add a description to the questions, and once done, please be sure to save the description, and you are good to go!
