# Using Forms

#### Import Data

You will be redirected to the data import interface after publishing the template.

#### Example Sheet

Download the example sheet to populate in the respective columns and ingest data on the platform. Make sure you do not edit any headers in the Excel sheet, including the title and value paths.

#### Data Import & Validators

To import data onto the platform, you first need to publish the form. Once you publish it, you will be redirected to the data import interface. Click "Upload Excel Document" to upload your data from the Excel sheet to the platform.
